Our Programs of Care
Carrying hope in every step
What We Do
Hospicio de San Jose has weathered the ups and downs of Philippine history since 1810, and still stands today, a Haven of Hope for the “truly poor”, abandoned and marginalized by Philippines society, and always ready to evolve with the changing times and new forms of poverty.
Guided by our commitment to Vincentian, Family-Oriented, Collaborative, Holistic, Innovative, and Spiritually-Rooted Service, we have created an environment of care within this island sanctuary that respects the human dignity of those marginalized by society.
Here, we provide both residential and non-residential services – like health and psycho-social care, pastoral and home-life support, education, vocational skills training, and livelihood – that nurture and uplift the total wellbeing of those who have been left with very little, if nothing at all.
